The OMNI Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. OMNI Swim Clubs aims to provide age-specific training for all our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. Rookies
This is our entry-level group. Rookies have three practices available to them per week, each lasting 1 hour. Prospective swimmers should be able to swim 50 yards without assistance. Our Rookie program focuses on developing legal strokes in all four strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle) and the Individual Medley. Once swimmers have legal strokes in these events, they move on to our Age Group program.
Age Group
Age Group Swimmers are offered three practices per week, each lasting 1 1/2 hours. Age Group focuses on perfection of the four strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle) and the Individual Medley.
Pre-Seniors
From the Age Group level, swimmers move on to the Pre-Senior level. Pre-Senior swimmers are offered four practices per week, each lasting 1 1/2 hours during our Winter season and 2 hours during our Summer season. Training intensity at the Pre-Senior level increases, and swimmers are encouraged to attend at least four practices per week.
Seniors
Senior swimmers are our oldest and most experienced. Our Senior swimmers practice 5 days per week, each lasting 1 1/2 hours during our Winter Season and 2 hours per day during our Summer Season. During the summer, Senior swimmers can also attend a second 2-hour practice each day.
